These are great fun at birthday parties and other events. Simple to make from Felt. Stick is added with Hot glue or method of choice. Add accents such as ribbon and buttons to make these extra fun! Eight fun props in all. For the larger hoop there a four in each hoop. I split them up to accommodate as smaller hoop so you will do a couple in each hoop.
